I’m only a little over 40 (wink), and until recently, I’d never needed a root canal. So when my dentist referred me to Endodontic Associates of Norwalk, I’ll admit that I was nervous. From the moment I met Dr. Park, my apprehension disappeared. He has a truly exceptional chairside manner, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly and patiently. He answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. To my surprise, the entire experience was completely painless and stress-free. I had clearly been misinformed about root canals. This was an absolute breeze! I’d also like to highlight how wonderful the entire staff was. Debbie was so kind and helpful on the phone, making scheduling simple and stress-free. She also helped get my questions answered and assuaged my concerns. And a big thank-you to Jasmine, who assisted Dr. Park during the procedure with professionalism and care. I cannot fully enough articulate my praise for Dr. Pipher and his staff. The level of professionalism is superior in every respect, yet the office maintains a warmth and support for patient concerns from first moment to last. Arriving for my root canal in a state that can only be described as terror, Dr. Pipher quickly put me at ease, and made sure that I had absolutely no discomfort or emotional concerns. As long as Dr. Pipher is in practice, I know that I will never again dread a root canal, and I would recommend him wholeheartedly to everyone. I suppose the element that makes the most difference of all is that everyone in the office made me feel like a person about whom they truly cared. The laughter and camaraderie I heard around the office indicates that the staff enjoys their work, which is a top-down condition.
